As a long time CAD/CAM service provider in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry, Advanced Manufacturing Systems (AMS) parlayed its 30+ years of hand-on PC Board manufacturing and editing experience into the development of GerbMaster.

Frustrated with lack of technical support to keep up with technology updates in the PCB manufacturing industry and the inability to do complex tasks needed for manufacturing efficiency using current software, AMS founder and president Vijay Oza decided to develop his own CAD/CAM editing tools with this philosophy in mind—Smart CAM Solutions.

GerbMaster began development in 1997 at its main offices located in Bensenville, Illinois USA and Ahmedabad, India. The software has been developed and tested by a group of highly skilled engineers under the guidance of Mr. Oza along with input from expert CAD/CAM engineers, state-of-the-art PCB manufacturing facilities, PCB sales and purchasing representatives and independent CAD designers. Since AMS uses GerbMaster for its CAD/CAM services across the globe, you can be assured that GerbMaster has been designed for the users and tested for usability.

The GerbMaster development team is committed to adding more features as technology evolves. Our customers will never feel they are left behind in the technology race due to deficiencies in their CAD/CAM capabilities.
